Art Of Movement offers various classes to increase Physical Strength, Flexibility, Endurance and Challenges Mental Toughness as well. Quality driven classes for the young and old, like Hip-Hop, B-Boy, Calisthenics, Parkour and Fitness Classes. So if you want to spin on your head, Flag against a pole, Move on the beat  or even just build up your fitness level, than you have to join THE MOVEMENT.​​
