Let’s exchange stories in the world wide web. Create intersections and cover the wild spaces by connecting with me.

Before anything, can I just say, as if I don’t say it enough already, that your words and the way you see the world is something the rest of us can only wish we inherit.

Someone had said this to me once. If you feel the same and seek writing (as well as copywriting needs) and photography that moves you, takes you outside and inside yourself, I would be the gladdest to work in your project – over coffee, inspirational words, and a slice of cake or a bowl of nuts. Or maybe, yes, we can have a long walk and talk until the wee hours of the morning.

Self-Care Tips from Yoko Ono

-Face Mask
Imagine your face. Imagine your lover’s face. Imagine the face of everyone alive in the world. Think of a snail crawling across all those faces. Let the imagined snail trail brighten your complexion.

Set aside an hour for a real lunch. Not food. Ingest the ambient sounds of your workplace.

-Interpersonal Connection
Who was your first friend? Dial tech support and whisper his or her name until the I.T. person hangs up. Relationships are important for well-being.

Set an egg timer. Do nothing at all. Leave the timer in someone’s mailbox. Make a mental list of unusual colors to wear more often. Send it to your mother.

Throw your cell-phone charger into:
1. The sea
2. Someone’s mouth
3. A portentous manhole

Your sore spots are songbirds. Gift each one to a stranger with an expressive face until you have none left.

Walk by yourself in a cardinal direction. When you reach a body of water, arch your back toward the sky. Which is bluer, the sky or the water? Bottle the bluer color and paint your toenails with it.

Look at a screen and record its feelings. Stop working when the earth or the laptop gets too hot.

Write the opening words to several important episodes of your life, real or imagined. Tear the sheet out and burn the notebook.

Find a small dog and tell it what you want to change about your personality. Remember to update the dog when you have changed yourself. Don’t worry, it will recognize you.

Stroll along a row of shops, selecting pants for those who have wronged you. Throw away all of your own pants.
